Alice has been little short of a revelation over the past 4 years. In October 2014 Alice was the fastest runner on the opening leg of the National Young Athletes Road Relays, establishing a lead that her team maintained to take team Gold. In November 2014 Alice topped the National RunBritain rankings by recording the fastest 5M time by an U17W with her 30 minutes & 25 seconds clocking at the Wolverton 5M Road Race.

Alice continued to establish her reputation  in 2015 with national top 5 ranking times at: 5 Miles (30-33); 10K (37-40); & Half-Marathon (84-24). In addition, she won a number of local (East Midlands) road races, whilst on the track Alice made her 5000m debut clocking an impressive 18 minutes & 04.00 seconds to rank her 11th on the 2015 U20W UK lists.

In 2016 Alice was 2nd. U20W in the Nottinghamshire XC Championships, and in late Summer recorded a 5M time of 31-37, that currently places her 3rd. for the distance in the 2016 U20W RunBritain Rankings.

In addition to her immense potential as a road runner, Alice has shown great form at XC, winning the local Schools XC League (Intermediate Girls division) with an undefeated season in Autumn 2013, and securing the individual silver medal in the U17W division at the 2014 Midland Counties XC Championships. In 2015 she was the 2nd county scorer in the English Schools XC Championships, helping the county team achieve an unexpected 4th place finish.
